Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in the Azure stack to design, deploy, and manage AI solutions that prioritize ethical data practices to support children in using technology responsibly. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Azure AI Foundry, deploying LLMs, implementing analytics solutions, and automating infrastructure and monitoring in Azure. The candidate should also have a strong background in building ETL pipelines to manage and process large volumes of data efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy LLMs within the Azure ecosystem.
- Utilize Azure AI Foundry to build and optimize AI-driven applications.
- Suggest and implement an analytics stack, such as Power BI or Tableau, Kibana or similar.
- Automate and manage AI infrastructure on Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across AI models.
- Implement features and guidelines that help young users use technology responsibly, upholding privacy and data security when introducing them to new technologies.
- Build, manage, and optimize ETL pipelines to process, transform, and load datasets for AI model training and analytics purposes.
- Monitor model performance, implement retraining workflows, and manage version control.
- Proactively identify challenges in AI deployments and independently develop solutions.
- Leverage SQL for data manipulation, storage, and integration within AI pipelines.
Profile:
Required qualificiations:
- Proven experience working with Azure AI Foundry (OpenAI, Agent, Translation).
- Strong background in deploying and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, ELK, or similar analytics tools.
- Expertise in Azure infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, Azure DevOps).
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in model monitoring, retraining strategies, and version control.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Solid knowledge of SQL for data analysis and integration.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with MLOps best practices.
- Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning and AI service offerings.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI models.
