It’s that time again… School’s back in session! And in the middle of that busy morning rush hour, you hear: “But I was just winning this game!”

Sound familiar? 😅

Summer vacation was relaxing—a little more Netflix here, a little extra gaming time there. But now that school’s back, it’s time for the annual “screen time negotiation” with your child.

You know, that moment when you think: “How did our agreements go again?” while your child already has three different arguments about why watching YouTube is actually homework. 🎭

Plot twist: Instead of immediately acting like the screen time sheriff, sit down with your child / teenager. Ask them what they think is fair. You’ll be amazed at their answers! Children are often much more reasonable than we think (yes, really! 😉).

Making new agreements together = less hassle, more understanding! đŸ€

So print this Checklist quickly, make agreements together, and let’s start this new school year!
